98.4% of Employers and Entrepreneurs Would Rehire UAA Graduates, According to Study

98.4% of employers and business owners who participated in the 2025 Employer Opinion Study conducted by the Autonomous University of Aguascalientes (UAA) stated they would rehire graduates from the institution. Additionally, 95.6% favorably rated their professional preparation, the university reported.

According to the state’s leading academic institution, 818 employers who currently employ university-trained professionals participated in the 2025 edition of the study. Among the strengths identified in the graduates were their work commitment, discipline, experience gained during their education, and professional knowledge.

These results are part of the Employer Opinion Study and the Graduate Opinion Study, exercises the university undertakes annually to gauge the productive sector’s perception of its professionals’ performance and to track alumni career trajectories.

Alongside these findings, the 2025 Graduate Opinion Study included 1,824 alumni. Of these, 96.4% expressed satisfaction with UAA, and 93.1% were satisfied with their chosen field of study. Furthermore, 85.8% of graduates indicated they were employed at the time of responding to the study. Of this total, 84.2% reported working as

The university also reported that 403 surveyed graduates were pursuing further studies, primarily master’s degrees, diplomas, and specializations.

UAA indicated that it is currently collecting information for the 2024 cohort, with results to be incorporated into future editions of both studies.
