NTechnology Innovates in Artificial Intelligence Use with Students
NTechnology partnered with university students in Querétaro to develop AI agents for real-world industry problems, fostering talent and practical innovation.
With the objective of applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) to problem-solving, the company NTechnology in Querétaro introduced its AI Agent Development Training Program. This program developed solutions to real-world industrial challenges and was conducted with eight students from the Virtual Environments and Digital Business Engineering program at the Universidad Tecnológica de Corregidora (UTC). It was part of a professional internship process in collaboration with the productive sector, aiming to train skilled talent capable of designing, training, testing, and deploying AI agents applied to real operational, infrastructure, analysis, and productivity issues. Furthermore, it was revealed that the work carried out with the students focused on the automation of Information Technology operations, data analysis, and machine learning, as well as infrastructure monitoring and cybersecurity in various sectors. Artificial Intelligence: Key to Business Solutions in Querétaro
The use of AI is an increasingly pressing necessity for businesses. This was acknowledged by the Mexican Employers’ Confederation
in Querétaro, which estimated that 60% of its members are in an initial phase of digitalization. However, AI implementation still faces significant challenges for entrepreneurs and business owners. The Computrabajo study, “Artificial Intelligence in Job Search,” published in October 2025, revealed that the primary application of AI in the workplace focuses on facilitating meetings and team collaboration. Nonetheless, another key area for using this technology lies in job search and recruitment processes. The Computrabajo study surveyed 1,840 candidates and 169 companies, with 22% of the latter distributed across several states.
Digitalization of Companies in Querétaro
