Companies Driving Industry 4.0 in SLP
San Luis Potosí is positioning itself on the Industry 4.0 path with key companies in advanced technologies for the automotive sector.
Industry 4.0 has a limited presence within the supplier ecosystem for automotive logistics. The 2026 Automotive Logistics Providers Mapping in Mexico, developed by Cluster Industrial B2B, reveals that the state has only four companies specializing in advanced technologies, despite the increasing importance of these tools for improving supply chain traceability, efficiency, and visibility. This mapping identifies and classifies companies offering products, services, and technologies for the automotive supply chain in Mexico.
Nationally, the Industry 4.0 category encompasses 118 providers, a 2.6% growth compared to the previous edition of the study. These companies develop solutions in artificial intelligence, predictive analytics, system integration, cybersecurity, cloud services, and collaborative robotics, though they still represent a small portion of the 1,159 registered supplier companies in the mapping.
