Nissan President and CEO Iván Espinosa is reportedly scheduled to visit Aguascalientes this Friday, August 21st, according to information provided by sources within Nissan Mexicana.

As per emerging details, Espinosa is expected to tour Nissan’s A1 and A2 plants, located in the southern part of the city. This visit is understood to be part of an agenda that will include meetings with collaborators and greetings to personnel at both facilities.

The visit coincides with the “Nissan Vision LATAM Media Experience” event, scheduled for August 21st at the A1 Aguascalientes plant, specifically at the Central Dock, commencing at 8:45 AM, according to the company’s distributed invitation.

Sources within Nissan Mexicana also indicated that Espinosa’s presence in Mexico could be related to a potential business agenda. However, no further details regarding the matters he will address during his stay have been disclosed thus far.

According to available information, a meeting between the CEO and the media is not planned during his visit to Aguascalientes.

It is worth noting that Iván Espinosa assumed the role of President and CEO of Nissan at the beginning of the first quarter of 2025.
