Capgemini Mexico Recognized on Most Ethical Companies Ranking 2026

Capgemini Mexico has been included in the 2026 Most Ethical Companies ranking, compiled by the consulting firm AMITAI®. This recognition follows an evaluation that reviewed internal policies, compliance programs, and employee perceptions.

The award process combines documentary evidence with a confidential employee survey. For Capgemini, the company submitted information pertaining to four key areas: Code of Ethics and Conduct, senior management engagement, compliance training, and corporate social responsibility and volunteering.

The ethical climate assessment also included direct questions to employees. According to AMITAI®, this component allows for a comparison between the policies established by organizations and the experiences of those who work within them.

The 2026 Most Ethical Companies ranking is part of an initiative launched by AMITAI in 2020 to assess integrity and compliance programs in organizations across Mexico and Latin America.

“For Capgemini Mexico, ethics and transparency are not merely a regulatory framework, but the foundation of our culture and the value we deliver to our clients and society,” stated Jose Eduardo Salgado Villegas, General Counsel, Ethics, Compliance and Data Protection Officer for Capgemini Latin America North.

The executive added that inclusion in the list is also supported by feedback gathered from employees and the participation of management teams in upholding these principles. To achieve this recognition, Capgemini had to document the validity of its internal policies and training programs, as well as provide evidence of its corporate social responsibility and volunteering initiatives.

AMITAI notes that these types of evaluations aim to identify the level of development of companies’ integrity systems and examine how they are applied in their daily operations.
