Nissan Offers “Nano Wash” Service for Up to 30 Days of Vehicle Protection

Nissan Mexicana announced that its nano wash service can provide up to 30 days of protection for vehicle glass and bodywork using nanotechnology-based products, according to information released by the company itself. The Nissan nano wash also generates a hydrophobic effect, which facilitates water runoff on glass and bodywork. The company notes that this effect can contribute to keeping surfaces cleaner for longer and improve visibility in rainy conditions.

Furthermore, Nissan asserts that the treatment’s antistatic properties can reduce dust and other residue adhesion by up to 70%. The automaker also indicates that the process requires less water than traditional washing methods.

The service is part of Nissan’s Aftersales Transparency Dashboard and is available at a network of 240 dealerships in Mexico, where customers can consult service details and corresponding costs in advance. Claudia Rodríguez, Aftersales Director of Nissan Mexicana, stated that the company incorporated this option into its maintenance offerings.

“Nissan Nano Wash is part of the solutions we offer our customers to help them better maintain the appearance of their vehicles,” she affirmed.

According to Nissan Mexicana, approximately 55,000 vehicles receive this service each month at its dealership network’s workshops.
