## What are the Obligations of Companies in Querétaro under the Seating Law?
Romero-Águila explained that the current regulations establish the following obligations for companies:
- Guarantee breaks for employees who work long shifts
- Conduct a job profile analysis to identify employees who require the benefit
- Provide adequate ergonomic chairs.
According to the specialist, the Safety and Hygiene Committee, with the support of Occupational Health and Human Resources, is responsible for identifying risk control for workers in each company. In this regard, she urged businesses to inform themselves about the Seating Law to avoid penalties, as this measure applies to all productive sectors.
