GCPeasa: The Sole Aguascalientes Firm Recognized in Best Mexican Companies 2025
GCPeasa, an Aguascalientes-based construction company, was the only firm from the state recognized in the Best Mexican Companies 2025 initiative.
The Best Mexican Companies (MEM) 2025 initiative recognized 115 private companies. The list included organizations from various regions across the country, with only one company from Aguascalientes earning the distinction:
located within the “Recertified” category. GCPEASA is a Mexican construction company based in Aguascalientes. It specializes in the design and construction of industrial, commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects — including industrial plants, corporate buildings, roadways, and turn-key projects — adhering to high technical, quality, and safety standards.
During the call for entries, more than 225 companies registered their participation. All documented a business case describing practices in growth, operations, asset management, market expectations, and talent. Each case incorporated the necessary information for analysis using Deloitte’s methodology.
The Aguascalientes-based company completed all three phases of the program. In the second stage, it received pro bono consultancy from specialists at Banamex, Deloitte, and Tecnológico de Monterrey, who assisted in preparing its dossier. Subsequently, a multidisciplinary committee reviewed its documentation and presented it to a board composed of representatives from the sponsoring institutions. The board finalized the list of awarded companies for the 2025 edition.
A Diagnosis Driving Continuous Improvement
GCPeasa, along with the other companies that completed the process, will receive a comprehensive diagnostic report prepared by specialized consultants. This document will analyze key strengths, compare its performance with organizations in the same sector, and offer practical recommendations to strengthen its growth. The diagnosis will also include a detailed assessment of its operational structure and its market positioning within the regional market.
The MEM program stipulates that this diagnostic aims to promote continuous improvements within the organization and guide strategic decision-making. Furthermore, the Value Map structure allows for evaluating commercial performance, operational efficiency, asset management, future projection, and talent management.
A Significant Presence for the Local Business Ecosystem
GCPeasa’s participation in the “Recertified” category places it among companies that have maintained their inclusion for at least two editions. This category groups companies from various sectors that uphold consistent practices and consolidate processes based on previous evaluations.
Furthermore, the presence of an Aguascalientes-based company on the list underscores the state’s business activity within a program that brings together organizations from 45 countries under a single evaluation model. The recognition also integrates it into a community that shares tools, learnings, and diagnostic processes aimed at organizational strengthening.
