This Monday will see the inauguration of Donald Trump as the 47th President of the United States, marking the beginning of his second term. The day will begin at 8:15 a.m. (local time in Washington) with a religious ceremony at St. John’s Church, attended by Trump and his wife Melania.

Then, this event will be followed by tea at the White House with the outgoing president, Joe Biden. Subsequently, at 10:30, the motorcade of the president-elect will arrive at the Capitol, where the official presentations will take place. At 11:47, the most anticipated moment: Donald Trump will be sworn in as President of the United States. Minutes later, he will give his first inaugural address, which will extend until 12:35.

After the speech, Trump will participate in the signing ceremony, an official lunch, and a troop review, before heading to the White House, where he will arrive around 17:00. There he will continue with another signing ceremony and a short break before the evening celebrations.
