In most of the sales books I have read, they always comment that the actual time that salespeople dedicate to this work ranges between 50% and 60%, a large part is dedicated to reviewing information, making presentations, emails, etc. This has a considerable impact on people’s income and stress levels.
Artificial intelligence (AI) is already transforming sales, and in the next 10 years its impact will be even greater. Here I explain in a clear and simple way how this world will change, what the challenges are and what the best opportunities you can take advantage of.
