Querétaro Closes 2025 with 53 Investment Projects
Querétaro will finalize 53 investment projects in 2025, attracting over 30 billion pesos and generating more than 10,000 jobs, with significant FDI growth.
During 2025, the state of Querétaro will conclude with 53 materialized investment projects, attracting capital exceeding 30 billion pesos, as reported by Marco Antonio Del Prete Tercero, Secretary of Sustainable Development (SEDESU). At a press conference presenting the year-end economic results, Del Prete Tercero noted that this capital attraction is expected to generate 10,224 jobs. He also elaborated that Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) reported up to the third quarter of 2025 amounted to 1,956 million USD.
“Last year, all of 2024, saw 1,055 million dollars; meaning, pending the fourth quarter, we hope this figure will be positive,” he added.

FDI has originated from countries such as the United States, Spain, Germany, Denmark, China, the Netherlands, France, Canada, Korea, Argentina, the United Kingdom, Peru, India, and Taiwan.
Furthermore, Del Prete Tercero stated that from October 2021 to date, 209 investment projects have been registered, which are expected to generate 55,000 jobs and 122 billion USD in capital.

- Magna Colón: 2,390 million pesos and 144 jobs
- AWL: 1,100 million pesos, as well as 50 jobs

- Safran P3: 1,180 million pesos and 132 jobs
